RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
At Limerick By Abirr n’ Nanki we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange or return your order. Please notify us via email of your intent to return within 2 working days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns received outside of this window or without prior notification may be rejected by our team.

Once the team acknowledges the return request, you are requested to use your own return shipping service and the charges for the same shall be borne by you at the time. On arrival, once the team verifies the item condition the same shall be reimbursed subject to meeting our quality checks.
We strongly recommend that you notify our team of any shipment tracking details and ensure the return shipment, as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our warehouse.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item(s) must be returned in the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (shoe boxes, dust bags etc.) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.

Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Limerick by Abirr N’ Nanki.
Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
All custom made orders are non-returnable.
All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.
If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order.
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges directly and recommend customers arrange a return for their original purchase and re-purchase replacement items directly on the site.
We endeavor to assess and accept refunds within 3 business days of their arrival to our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
Please note that PayPal option is available only for customers outside India.
Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery shipping charges selected as well as bank charges incurred both ways. Please note for orders outside India, we are unable to accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred on delivery and recommend customers to contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.
